A sales manager reviewing Nooks pricing next to an all-in-one dialer quote on a laptop

Nooks pricing isn't posted anywhere. You book a demo, get a quote, and sign an annual deal. Outside estimates put a seat at roughly $4,000 to $5,000 a year, which means a 10-rep team is looking at about $40,000 to $50,000 before add-ons. Here's what we found, what to ask, and who it makes sense for.

We build a dialer, CRM, and texting platform, so Nooks is a competitor. We'll start with where it's strong, then lay out the costs and the trade-offs. Every number below is a third-party estimate with a date, because Nooks doesn't publish its own.

How much does Nooks cost per user?

Nobody outside Nooks can give you a firm number. A MarketBetter breakdown (published February 2026, updated July 14, 2026) reports a starting price of about $4,000 to $5,000 per user per year. That works out to roughly $333 to $417 a seat each month.

A second guide, the ColdIQ breakdown from June 3, 2026, says there is no public price list at all. It calls the cheaper "$65 to $150 per seat" figures floating around the web unverified. We'd treat those low numbers with the same caution.

So the honest range is wide, and the only real answer comes from a quote. Treat the $4,000 to $5,000 figure as a planning number, not a promise.

What's the contract like?

Both guides point the same direction. Deals are custom, they usually run 12 months, and the largest volume discounts show up around 15 or more seats. MarketBetter lists a typical minimum of five users. ColdIQ describes Nooks as a fit for teams with 10 or more SDRs.

ColdIQ also says monthly terms cost more per seat than annual ones, and suggests budgeting for yearly increases of 3 to 8 percent. That range is a general vendor estimate, not a Nooks figure. If you sign multi-year, ask for a price cap in writing.

What does a 10-rep team really pay?

Take the MarketBetter range and do the math for 10 reps on an annual contract:

For comparison, SellifyGPT's Team Elite plan is $69 a seat per month on annual billing with a 10-seat minimum. Ten seats come to $8,280 a year, and that includes the CRM, dialer, texting, email, scheduling, and AI coaching. Check our live pricing page before you quote it, since plans can change.

That's a big gap, but it isn't an apples-to-apples one. The two tools are built for different jobs, which is the next question.

Where does Nooks win?

Nooks is good at what it was built for. Reviewers quoted by MarketBetter say the parallel dialer saves hours and that connects come faster. The virtual salesfloor gets praise for coaching new reps, and call notes get logged for you so reps can stay in the conversation.

It also syncs with Salesforce and HubSpot, and the ColdIQ guide lists integrations with Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Cognism. If your team lives in one of those CRMs, makes a high volume of calls, and has the budget, Nooks is a serious option. We said the same about parallel dialing in our Orum pricing breakdown, and our guide to the parallel dialer explains how the style works.

Where might a different dialer fit better?

Nooks sits on top of your CRM. You still pay for that CRM, plus a texting tool, a scheduler, and maybe a data provider. That's the tool sprawl we wrote about in the cost of a disconnected sales stack.

A few situations where a different setup tends to fit better:

SellifyGPT runs a predictive or power dialer at 1 to 3 lines per rep, with a built-in abandon-rate governor. It's slower than a 10-line parallel dialer by design, and it won't match that style of dialing. You can see how the pieces fit on our dialer features page, or compare options on the comparison hub.

What should you ask Nooks before you sign?

Since nothing is public, your questions do the work. Bring this list to the demo:

  1. What is the per-seat price at my seat count, on 12 months and on 24 months?
  2. What is the minimum number of seats?
  3. Which features sit in higher tiers, such as coaching and prospecting intelligence?
  4. What do onboarding, support, extra numbers, and texting cost on top?
  5. Is there a price cap on renewal?
  6. Can we run a paid pilot first?

Get every answer in the order form, not just on the call. And run the same list past two other vendors so you have something to compare.
