Text, email, and book. Without three more tools.

The three things bolted onto every CRM as separate subscriptions, built in — sharing your contacts, your timeline, and one opt-out ledger. Including the booking link, so you can drop the Calendly bill.

SMS

Texting that survives contact with the carriers

One number per conversation

A thread keeps the number it started on, so your prospect sees one consistent local number instead of a new stranger every message.

Opt-outs are taken seriously

STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT suppresses that person across the dialer, drips, and flows at once. It reaches past the single row too — every record carrying that number as its main or mobile number goes quiet.

Pictures and documents

Send images as true MMS. PDFs go as a short link on purpose — carrier PDF delivery is unreliable enough that a link is the more dependable choice.

Templates with merge fields

Reusable templates that render the contact's details as they send, with usage tracked so you can see which ones your team reaches for.

Email

From your mailbox, or through our sender

Two different jobs. A one-to-one follow-up should come from your actual mailbox. A thousand-recipient announcement goes out through the platform's bulk sender.

Your own mailbox

Connect your Gmail, Outlook, or any IMAP account and personal email sends and receives inside SellifyGPT, logged to the contact's timeline. Credentials are encrypted at rest.

Connection is by app password today, not one-click OAuth.

Broadcast to a list

Bulk email for announcements and campaigns, sent at a deliberately steady rate rather than all at once, so you stay on the right side of the spam filters.

Open and click tracking included, with delivery and bounce events fed back onto the contact's record.

A brand kit, so it looks like you

Logo variants, your palette, and fonts with Outlook-safe fallbacks, applied across your templates. The CAN-SPAM footer and mailing address are handled as part of the brand rather than pasted into every send.

A real template designer

Compose visually, save to a personal or shared library, and start from the built-in templates rather than a blank page.

Scheduling

Drop the Calendly subscription

Built in, sharing your contacts and your timeline — a booked meeting is already on the record it belongs to.

Multiple meeting types

A fifteen-minute intro and a sixty-minute consult can have their own link, duration, buffers, and intake questions. Set how much notice you need and how far out people can book.

Two-way calendar sync

Google, Outlook, and Apple. Meetings you book appear on your calendar, and what's already on your calendar blocks your availability — so nobody books over your lunch.

Reminders that cut no-shows

An SMS reminder a day before and another an hour before, guarded against double-sending.

Cancel and reschedule without an account

The link in the confirmation is the authentication. Prospects move the meeting themselves instead of emailing you to ask.

On your own domain

Run booking on a domain you own, verified by DNS with SSL set up for you — so the page you send a prospect carries your name, not ours.

Compliance

The unglamorous part, stated plainly

Quiet hours in their timezone

Messages are held outside the local window for where that contact actually is, worked out from their state or area code — not from where your office is. Booking confirmations and reminders are transactional and can go anytime.

Consent captured at booking

The booking page carries a TCPA consent checkbox that's required to book, and the answer is stored against that appointment as a record of what they agreed to and when.

10DLC-registered numbers

Local numbers are registered for A2P messaging when they're provisioned. Toll-free numbers are available too, and are often the better choice for volume.

Questions

Common questions

Can I stop paying for Calendly?

That's the intent. Multiple meeting types with their own links and durations, availability rules, two-way sync with Google, Outlook, and Apple, SMS reminders at 24 hours and 1 hour, self-serve cancel and reschedule, and your own domain on the booking page. The gap worth knowing: booking pages are per-person, so there's no team or round-robin page yet.

What happens when someone texts STOP?

They're suppressed immediately across the dialer, drips, and flows at once — not just the campaign that received it. It reaches beyond the single row too: every contact record carrying that number as its main or mobile number goes quiet. A rep can also unsubscribe someone by hand from the inbox with the same effect.

Do I need to register for 10DLC myself?

Local numbers are provisioned already registered for A2P messaging, so there's no separate brand registration for you to complete. If you're sending real volume, toll-free is often the better route, and the platform can prefer a toll-free number for bulk sends.

Can I connect my Gmail with one click?

Not yet — mailbox connection uses an app password rather than OAuth today, which means a few extra minutes of setup on your side. Provider settings are detected automatically once you enter the address. OAuth is the obvious improvement and isn't in yet.

Is click tracking on every email?

Opens are tracked on everything. Clicks are tracked on the email the platform sends for you — a one-to-one email sent from your own connected mailbox goes out with your links untouched, exactly as you typed them.
