A sales manager comparing Orum pricing against an all-in-one dialer on a laptop

Orum doesn't print its prices, so "Orum pricing" is a guessing game. Third-party guides put the entry plan near $250 a user each month and the top plan at $400 or more, on an annual contract. Here's what that adds up to for a real team, what the sticker leaves out, and where Orum is genuinely the better pick.

We sell a dialer and CRM ourselves, so we're not neutral. Every Orum number below comes from public pricing guides published in February and April 2026 and Orum's own pricing page, all checked in October 2026. Treat them as estimates and confirm with Orum before you budget.

What does Orum cost per user?

Orum sells on a quote basis. Its pricing page says cost depends on package type and number of users, and it lists no dollar amounts. Buyer reports and third-party breakdowns describe three tiers:

All of it is annual. Third-party guides say there's no month-to-month option, and Orum's own page says paid plans carry no dial caps. The free trial is capped at 500 dials.

What does the Orum price leave out?

The seat price covers dialing. A few things buyers assume are included often aren't:

Seat minimums are murky. Some guides say three seats, which one pegs at a $9,000 yearly floor. Orum's pricing page says its base plan starts at 9 seats. Ask for the minimum in writing before the demo.

What does a 10-rep team pay for Orum?

Take 10 reps. On Launch at $250, seats run $30,000 a year. On Ascend at $400 to $500, they run $48,000 to $60,000 a year. Add an onboarding fee and any coaching add-on and year one climbs from there. One guide's own five-rep example lands at $15,000 a year on Launch and $27,000 on Ascend. These are illustrations from estimated ranges, not quotes.

The same 10 seats on SellifyGPT's Team Elite plan cost $69 a seat each month billed annually, or $8,280 a year, with the CRM, dialer, SMS, email, scheduling, and AI coaching in the price. Month-to-month is $79 a seat.

Where Orum is the better dialer

Start with the honest part. Orum is built for one job, which is putting a phone-first SDR team in front of more live people per hour, and it does that job well.

The trade-off is real too. Parallel dialing connects the rep a beat after the prospect says hello, and one guide calls that 1 to 2 second delay the most common complaint on Reddit and G2. If your whole motion is a large floor of reps dialing cold lists all day, that line count may be worth the price.

Where SellifyGPT fits instead

Our predictive and power dialer runs 1 to 3 lines per rep, paced by an abandon-rate governor that soft-warns at 2.5% and hard-caps at 3%. It's a calmer way to dial, and it comes with a CRM, texting, email, a scheduler, and a coach in the same login. We explain why line counts hit a legal ceiling in our parallel dialer guide, and what to watch in our post on call abandonment rate. That's educational, not legal advice.

Every current price is on our pricing page, and Solo Pro starts at $159 a month with no seat minimum. If you're pricing other tools, our Outreach pricing breakdown and the full comparison hub follow the same format. For a wider look at third-party numbers, see this pricing breakdown.
