Aircall pricing starts at $30 per license a month on Essentials and $50 on Professional, both billed annually with a three-license minimum. A 10-rep team on Professional pays about $6,000 a year before add-ons. Here's what moves that number, and where it stops being the whole story.
We sell a dialer, CRM, and texting platform, so Aircall is a competitor. We'll start with what it does well, then walk through the plans, the extras, and a 10-rep example. Prices below come from Aircall's own page, read on October 14, 2026, plus third-party write-ups with dates. Check the live page before you buy, because Aircall changes it often.
How much does Aircall cost per user?
Aircall calls them licenses, not users. Aircall's pricing page lists these US prices when billed annually:
- Essentials: $30 per license a month, 3-license minimum, no Power Dialer.
- Professional: $50 per license a month, 3-license minimum, includes the Power Dialer and full outbound campaigns.
- Custom (listed as Enterprise on the page): quote only, 25-license minimum.
Monthly billing costs more. The page says annual billing saves 25 percent. A Macha breakdown (published September 29, 2026, updated October 13) puts monthly rates at $40 for Essentials and $66.67 for Professional. It also saw Professional show $70 on one day, so check the billing toggle on the day you sign.
What extras show up on an Aircall bill?
The base price is only the start. These are the add-ons and metered fees listed on Aircall's page, with a few figures from the Macha write-up:
- AI Assist Pro: $49 per license a month. AI Assist is $9 on Essentials and included on Professional.
- Analytics+: $15 per license a month.
- Aircall for Salesforce Voice: $30 per license a month.
- Extra phone numbers: $6 a month each. One number is included per plan.
- Branded caller ID: $0.08 per call. Macha also lists spam checks at $0.03 each.
- AI Voice Agents: $0.49 a minute pay-as-you-go, with a $100 monthly minimum.
Macha notes that Aircall doesn't publish outbound call rates or SMS and MMS rates, and carrier fees aren't listed either. An Aloware guide dated July 16, 2026 adds that 10DLC registration fees are paid by the customer. Aloware also sells phone software, so read its numbers as a competitor's view and compare them with Aircall's page.
What does a 10-rep team really pay?
Here is the math for 10 licenses on annual billing, using the list prices above:
- Essentials: 10 x $30 x 12 is $3,600 a year.
- Professional: 10 x $50 x 12 is $6,000 a year.
- Professional on monthly billing at $66.67: about $8,000 a year.
- Add AI Assist Pro to all 10 seats: another $5,880 a year.
- Add the Salesforce Voice add-on to all 10 seats: another $3,600 a year.
Branded caller ID adds up fast for a dialing team. At $0.08 a call, 1,000 branded calls cost $80. A rep making 100 outbound calls a day across 21 working days would run about $168 a month on that one line item.
For comparison, SellifyGPT's Team Elite plan is $69 a seat per month on annual billing with a 10-seat minimum. That's $8,280 for 10 seats, and it includes the CRM, dialer, SMS, email, scheduling, and AI coaching. Month-to-month is $79 a seat. See the live pricing page before you quote it.
So Aircall's base price is lower than ours. The question is what you still have to buy.
Where does Aircall win?
Aircall is a business phone system first. If your team takes inbound calls, routes them to queues, and wants live monitoring, it's built for that. Professional adds smart routing, queue callback, and unlimited teams, and the page lists 250-plus integrations. Essentials caps you at three teams.
It's also easy to price. Two published tiers and a clear annual discount beat the quote-only model many dialers use. We covered that model in our Orum pricing breakdown. If you mostly need a clean phone line wired into a CRM you already own, Aircall at $30 or $50 is hard to beat on sticker price.
Where does an all-in-one platform fit instead?
Aircall doesn't include a CRM. You bring your own, and the Salesforce add-on is an extra $30 per seat. Texting, email sequences, and scheduling come from other tools too. That's the tool sprawl we wrote about in what a disconnected sales stack costs.
Aircall's page lists a Power Dialer on Professional, capped at 1,000 numbers per list. Our predictive and power dialer runs 1 to 3 lines per rep, paced by an abandon-rate governor that soft-warns at 2.5% and hard-caps at 3%. If your reps live in outbound, our guide to the best CRM with a built-in dialer covers what to look for. Compliance details like abandon rates are educational here, not legal advice.
Add a CRM seat, a texting tool, and a coach to Aircall Professional and the totals get close to ours or pass them. Price your whole stack, not one line. The comparison hub lays out how we stack up against other tools.
What should you ask before you sign with Aircall?
- What are the outbound per-minute and SMS rates for my country mix?
- Which carrier and 10DLC fees will I pay?
- Does the price stay the same at renewal, and how much notice do I get before an increase?
- Which integrations on my CRM need Professional or a paid add-on?
Aloware's July 2026 write-up says terms auto-renew unless you give 30 days' written notice, and that Aircall can raise prices on 30 days' notice, 45 for annual plans. Confirm both in your own contract.
