Salesloft pricing isn't posted anywhere on its website. You fill out a form, book a call, and get a number. So here's what third-party guides say teams pay in 2026, what the quote leaves out, and what a ten-person team can expect to spend in year one.
We make a competing dialer and CRM, so we're not neutral. The figures below come from a public pricing guide dated July 2026, not from Salesloft, and we say where it earns its price.
How much does Salesloft cost per user?
Salesloft sells on a quote-only basis. Its own pricing page is a "talk to sales" form with no plans or prices on it, so every number you see online is an estimate. The third-party pricing guide we checked (published July 6, 2026) puts the Advanced tier at roughly $125 to $165 per user per month before negotiation. The Elite tier is custom.
The same guide says most mid-market buyers end up around $100 to $130 per user per month after pushing back on the first quote. Other guides publish lower and higher figures, so treat all of these as ranges to check, not rates to budget on. Ask Salesloft for a written quote before you plan anything.
What does the Salesloft quote leave out?
The seat price covers the engagement platform. A few things teams assume are included often aren't. Based on that same guide:
- Dialer: sold as an add-on, estimated at $200 to $400 per user per year
- Implementation: about $1,000 to $3,000 for teams under 20 users, and $5,000 to $8,000 or more at 50 users and up
- Data migration: complex moves can add anywhere from $5,000 to $60,000
- Renewal increases: typically 5 to 8 percent a year, and up to 12 percent in some contracts
There's one more cost that never shows on a Salesloft invoice. Salesloft doesn't include a CRM, so you still pay for the system of record it sits on. If you don't have one yet, that's a second vendor and a second bill.
What does a 10-person team pay in year one?
Take the estimates above and run the math for ten reps. Seats at $125 to $165 a month come to $15,000 to $19,800 a year. Add the dialer at $2,000 to $4,000 and implementation at $1,000 to $3,000, and year one lands between about $18,000 and $26,800, before a CRM and before the first renewal bump.
That's an illustration built from third-party ranges, not a quote. Your number moves with team size, tier, and how well you negotiate.
The same ten seats on SellifyGPT's Team Elite plan cost $69 a seat per month billed annually, about $8,280 a year. The Team plan runs $79 a seat, about $9,480 a year. Both include the CRM, the dialer, SMS, scheduling, and AI coaching, with no setup fee.
Where does Salesloft earn its price?
Salesloft is a strong product for the right buyer. It's known for enterprise-grade cadences, conversation intelligence, and forecasting that a large revenue team can run through a RevOps function. If you already own a CRM you like, already have a phone system, and need to coordinate dozens or hundreds of reps with detailed reporting, Salesloft does that job well.
It also fits teams that buy on process. A company with a sales ops lead, a Salesforce admin, and a formal rollout plan will use the depth it's paying for.
When does an all-in-one platform make more sense?
A smaller team feels the stack cost more. When you're paying for an engagement tool, a CRM, a dialer add-on, and a texting tool, each one has its own login, contract, and renewal date. We wrote about that in our post on the cost of a disconnected stack.
SellifyGPT puts the predictive dialer, CRM, SMS, email, scheduling, and AI coaching under one seat price. Solo Pro is $159 a month billed annually, and Team Elite is $69 a seat with a ten-seat minimum. Month-to-month costs more, and every current number sits on our pricing page. The trial is 14 days, and you can cancel before it ends.
The trade-off is depth. If you need Salesloft's enterprise forecasting and a RevOps team to run it, that's a real reason to buy it. If you're a team of two to twenty-five that mostly wants to talk to more people and keep one bill, read our Salesloft comparison or see how it stacks up on the best CRM with a dialer list. We priced another quote-only tool in our Outreach pricing breakdown.
