PhoneBurner pricing runs from $140 to $183 per user a month on annual billing, with unlimited US and Canada calling on every plan. For a 10-rep team that is $16,800 to $21,960 a year before add-ons. Here is what each plan includes and where the extra costs hide.
We sell a CRM and dialer, so PhoneBurner is a competitor. We will start with where it wins, then walk through the plans, a 10-rep example, and the questions worth asking before you sign. Plan prices come from PhoneBurner's pricing page, read on October 24, 2026. Prices change, so check the live page before you buy.
How much does PhoneBurner cost per user?
PhoneBurner lists three plans, priced per user per month. The first number is annual billing, the second is month to month:
- Standard: $140 or $165. Unlimited power dialing, CRM, workflow automation, and 30-day call recording storage.
- Professional: $165 or $195. Adds browser softphone dialing, Krisp noise cancellation, live call monitoring and coaching, the open API, and 90-day recording storage.
- Premium: $183 or $215. Adds call transcription, an AI note-taker, a PhoneBurner number, unlimited recording storage, and 1,000 outbound texts a month.
The page does not state a minimum number of seats, and it says there are no setup fees. Every plan has a free trial, though the page does not give the trial length.
Where does PhoneBurner win?
PhoneBurner has spent years on one thing: a clean single-line power dialer where the person who answers hears you right away. Plenty of reps pick it for that alone. Its calling is unlimited in the US and Canada, so there is no minute meter to watch. Ours has monthly minute allowances per seat, and PhoneBurner's flat approach is simpler to budget for a team that dials all day.
It also has no seat minimum on the page we read, so a team of two can buy in. Our Team plan starts at 3 seats and Team Elite at 10. And live monitoring and coaching are on Professional and up, which managers who coach by listening in will like. For a side-by-side on features, see our SellifyGPT vs PhoneBurner guide.
What does a 10-rep team really pay for PhoneBurner?
Here is the seat math for 10 users over 12 months:
- Standard: $16,800 a year on annual billing, or $19,800 month to month.
- Professional: $19,800 a year, or $23,400 month to month.
- Premium: $21,960 a year, or $25,800 month to month.
Most managers want live coaching, so Professional at $19,800 is the realistic starting point. Texting only arrives on Premium, and it is capped at 1,000 outbound messages a month per user, with another $15 for each extra 1,000. Texting through PhoneBurner also needs A2P 10DLC registration, which we cover in our 10DLC registration guide.
What costs extra on top of the seat price?
Three products on the pricing page list no price at all: ARMOR spam-risk monitoring, dedicated Numbers, and Connect Scores. You request a quote for each. ARMOR is not in any plan, so a team that wants spam-flag monitoring pays on top of the seat. If answer rates matter to you, read how spam-likely labels hurt pickups before you decide what to buy.
One third-party breakdown from Aloware, dated July 22, 2026, also says PhoneBurner's terms treat annual fees as non-refundable. Aloware sells a competing product, so treat that as a lead to confirm with PhoneBurner, not a settled fact.
How does that compare with an all-in-one?
SellifyGPT's Team Elite plan is $69 a seat per month on annual billing with a 10-seat minimum. That is $8,280 a year for 10 seats, and it covers the CRM, predictive and power dialer, SMS, email, scheduling, and AI coaching. Our live pricing page has the current plans.
On seat price alone, 10 seats of PhoneBurner Standard cost $8,520 a year more than 10 seats of Team Elite. Professional costs $11,520 more and Premium $13,680 more. The trade is the allowances: Team Elite includes 2,500 call minutes and 2,500 texts per seat each month, where PhoneBurner calls are unlimited. About 2,500 minutes is around 41 hours of talk time a month, so check that against how much your reps really talk.
The other difference is dialing mode. PhoneBurner dials one line at a time. Our dialer runs 1 to 3 lines per rep, with an abandon-rate governor that soft-warns at 2.5% and hard-caps at 3%. Abandon-rate rules are educational here, not legal advice. If you are weighing the two modes, start with power versus predictive dialing. What should you ask PhoneBurner before you sign?
- What do ARMOR, Numbers, and Connect Scores cost for my team size?
- Are annual fees refundable if I cancel mid-term?
- How long is the trial, and are the free minutes enough to test my real list?
- Does the annual price hold at renewal, and how much notice do I get of a change?
