Sales manager comparing JustCall pricing plans and add-on costs for a 10-rep team on a laptop

JustCall pricing starts at $29 per user a month on the Team plan, billed annually, with a two-license minimum. A 10-rep team on the Pro plan, the first tier with a power dialer, pays about $5,880 a year before add-ons. Here is what changes that number and where JustCall is the better buy.

We sell a dialer, CRM, and texting platform, so JustCall is a competitor. We'll start with what it does well, then walk through the plans, the extras, and a 10-rep example. Prices come from JustCall's own page, read on October 18, 2026, plus a dated third-party write-up. Check the live page before you buy, because phone vendors change prices often.

How much does JustCall cost per user?

JustCall's pricing page lists these US prices per user a month when billed annually:

Monthly billing isn't shown on the page. A CloudTalk breakdown (updated September 4, 2026) puts monthly rates at $39, $69, and $109 for the first three plans. CloudTalk sells phone software too, so treat it as a rival's view and confirm the toggle on JustCall's page the day you sign.

What extras show up on a JustCall bill?

The per-seat price is the start of the bill. These are the add-ons and limits on the pricing page:

Every account includes two numbers. Past that, you buy bundles. If you plan to rotate local numbers to protect answer rates, price that line item first. Our guide to phone number rotation explains why teams buy so many.

What does a 10-rep team really pay?

Here is the math for 10 licenses on annual billing, using the list prices above:

For comparison, SellifyGPT's Team Elite plan is $69 a seat per month on annual billing with a 10-seat minimum. That's $8,280 for 10 seats, and it includes the CRM, dialer, SMS, email, scheduling, and AI coaching. Month-to-month is $79 a seat. See the live pricing page before you quote it.

So JustCall's sticker price is lower than ours at every published tier except Pro Plus. The real question is what you still have to buy around it.

Where does JustCall win?

JustCall is a business phone system with sales features on top. If your team is small, makes mostly US calls, and already owns a CRM, $29 or $49 a seat is hard to beat. It lists local numbers in more than 70 countries, 100-plus integrations, and IVR and call routing on every plan.

It also scales into a real predictive dialer. The SalesPro tier lists up to 10 lines, which is a high-volume, call-center style setup. Our predictive dialer runs 1 to 3 lines per rep, so a team that wants a much deeper line count should get a SalesPro quote. If you work in several countries, JustCall's international coverage is also broader than a US-focused tool.

Where does an all-in-one platform fit instead?

JustCall isn't a full CRM, so most teams pair it with one. That's a second seat to pay for, and it's the tool sprawl we covered in what a disconnected sales stack costs. Add a CRM seat, a scheduler, and email sequencing to a JustCall Pro seat and the total moves close to ours, or past it.

The other gap is predictability. A bill built from seats, number bundles, SMS segments, and an AI add-on is hard to forecast. We bill one flat price per seat with no per-minute surprises, and our abandon-rate governor soft-warns at 2.5% and hard-caps at 3%. Abandon-rate rules are educational here, not legal advice. For a broader look at CRMs that ship with a dialer, see our guide to the best CRM with a built-in dialer, and the comparison hub for how we stack up against other tools.
