Dialpad pricing for outbound sales starts at $39 per user a month on the Sell Essentials plan. A 10-rep team lands between about $4,700 and $9,500 a year depending on the tier, and the power dialer sits in a different product line. Here is how the plans break down and where Dialpad is the better buy.
We sell a CRM and dialer, so Dialpad is a competitor. We'll start with what it does well, then go through the plans, the gaps, and a 10-rep example. Figures come from Dialpad's pricing page, read on October 20, 2026. Check the live page before you buy, because phone vendors change prices often.
How much does Dialpad cost for a sales team?
Dialpad splits its pricing into separate products. For outbound sales, the one that matters is Sell. The page lists these per user monthly prices, and the buttons point to yearly billing, though the page never says "annual" outright:
- Sell Essentials: $39, with unlimited US and Canada minutes, AI transcripts and recaps, and coaching teams.
- Sell Advanced: $59, adds Reach Booster (local presence dialing plus voicemail drop) and Live Coach.
- Sell Premium: $79, annual only, adds quality management and an enterprise SLA.
Dialpad also sells Connect, a plain business phone system, at $15 and $25 a user, and Support, a contact center product, at $89 to $149. The page shows no monthly-billing price and no seat minimums for Sell. It also doesn't name the currency, so ask for a written quote in dollars.
What does a 10-rep team really pay?
Here is the math for 10 users at the listed prices, times 12 months:
- Sell Essentials: $4,680 a year.
- Sell Advanced: $7,080 a year.
- Sell Premium: $9,480 a year.
For comparison, SellifyGPT's Team Elite plan is $69 a seat per month on annual billing with a 10-seat minimum. That's $8,280 a year for 10 seats, and it covers the CRM, dialer, SMS, email, scheduling, and AI coaching. Month-to-month it's $79 a seat. The live pricing page has the current numbers and the per-seat allowances.
So Dialpad's sticker price is lower than ours at two of its three Sell tiers. The question is what you still have to buy around it.
Where does Dialpad win?
If your reps mostly call inside the US and Canada, the unlimited domestic minutes on every Sell plan are hard to beat. Our plans carry per-seat call minute allowances, so a very high-volume team should compare its real monthly minutes against them.
Dialpad also gives you AI call transcripts and recaps on the cheapest Sell tier, and its Connect pages list local numbers in more than 50 countries. A team calling several regions, or one that already has a CRM it likes, can do well with a phone-first tool at $39 to $59 a seat. Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho are the integrations its Sell FAQ names.
Does Dialpad have a power dialer and CRM?
This is where reading the page closely matters. On the page we read, Power Dialer is listed under the Support contact center plans, starting at $89 a user. It isn't in the Sell feature table. Reach Booster covers local presence dialing and voicemail drop on Sell Advanced, but that isn't the same thing as a dialer that works through a list for you. Ask Dialpad in writing which plan includes the dialing mode you need.
Dialpad also isn't a CRM. You pair it with one, which means a second seat per rep. That's the tool sprawl we covered in what a disconnected sales stack costs. Add a CRM seat, a scheduler, and a texting tool to a Sell Advanced seat and the total moves near ours.
Our power and predictive dialer runs 1 to 3 lines per rep, with an abandon-rate governor that soft-warns at 2.5% and hard-caps at 3%. Abandon-rate rules are educational here, not legal advice. If you're weighing phone tools with a CRM already inside, see our guide to the best CRM with a built-in dialer and the comparison hub.
What should you ask before you sign with Dialpad?
- Which Sell plan includes a power or predictive dialer, in writing?
- What is the month-to-month price, and the price in US dollars?
- What counts as domestic for the unlimited minutes, and what are the fair-use limits?
- Does the price hold at renewal, and how much notice do I get before a change?
