Close CRM Pricing 2026: What a 10-Rep Team Really Pays

Close CRM pricing runs from $9 to $139 per user a month on annual billing, and the plan you need depends on one thing: how your reps dial. For a 10-rep outbound team that means roughly $11,880 a year on Growth or $16,680 on Scale, before calling costs. Here is how the plans break down.

How much does Close CRM cost per user?

Close lists four plans, priced per user per month. The first number is annual billing, the second is month to month:

• Solo: $9 or $19, limited to one user and 10,000 leads.
• Essentials: $35 or $49, for small teams that want multi-user CRM basics.
• Growth: $99 or $109, the first plan with a power dialer, voicemail drop, bulk email, and workflows.
• Scale: $139 or $149, adds the predictive dialer, live call coaching, and role-based access rules.

Close also offers a custom plan for high-volume teams. Older Startup, Professional, and Enterprise tiers have been retired, so a quote from a few years ago won't match today's page.

Where does Close win?

Close is one of the few CRMs built around calling from the start, and its entry price is hard to beat. At $9 a user, Solo costs less than anything we sell. The trial also needs no card on Close's page, while ours collects one up front and bills only after 14 days.

Close also has an AI agent called Chloe that can make calls and qualify leads, and it comes with every plan. And Scale gives managers lead visibility rules and live call coaching. What does a 10-rep team really pay for Close CRM?

Here is the seat math for 10 users, times 12 months, on annual billing:

• Essentials: $4,200 a year, with no dialer.
• Growth: $11,880 a year, with a power dialer.
• Scale: $16,680 a year, with a predictive dialer.

On month-to-month billing the same teams pay $13,080 on Growth and $17,880 on Scale. Most outbound teams that want automated dialing land on Growth or Scale, so $11,880 is the realistic floor.

Seats aren't the whole bill. Close says calling and SMS are usage-based and passed through at cost. One third-party explainer, Automation Atlas, estimated about $45 a rep each month for 80 dials a day at two minutes a call, as of July 2026. That is a rough outside estimate, not a Close rate. At that level, 10 reps add around $5,400 a year. Ask Close for your own number based on your real call volume.

How does that compare with an all-in-one?

So on seat price alone, 10 seats of Close Growth cost about $3,600 a year more than 10 seats of Team Elite, and Scale costs about $8,400 more. Close's lower tiers are cheaper, but Essentials has no dialer at all. Match plans by dialing mode, not by name, and compare minute allowances against your real monthly volume.
